Help identify a vintage 8" Spider-man

Hello everyone, I'm a new member from Italy, and this is my very first message! I'm a 60s and 70s action figures collector.
To start, I'm trying to identify this 8" Spider-man from the 70s. No markings. Head is soft like mego heads.

Probably it's some kind of knockoff... The quality is not bad though.

If it is a knockoff, it's a VERY good one...that head sculpt is better than Mego's.
