Can anyone help identify this head?

I've had it on a Mego body for many years, but I have no idea where it came from.

There is no maker markings anywhere but it reminds me of "the Crow".

Reminds me of papashongo or a voodoo priest.

Maybe it's from a Paco Magnificent Wrestler figure, or some other similar generic Luchador line.
