Wasn't someone working on this before? AFI is saying 1:6th...but those packages look pure Mego. From GoHero/Executive Replicas, it seems:

I think Zica was doing it at one point. The figure does look like 1/6.

I guess they could be going the 12" clamshell package route. But it seems odd to go all Mego on the package, with no 8" figure.

yeah Zica had the license in the 8" scale at least. sadly never made it to production
