Based on this article, any leftover inventory will be sold on Hasbro's website so there is hope for those of us who want one at a regular price.

I love it! If ever there was someone who deserved to be an action figure it's Stan Lee. A fitting tribute to a tremendous talent. Just think of the action figures we WOULDN'T have if he had never had come along? It's scary...

Stan always did know how to cash in on a trend... he probably figured he'd hop on that Transformers bandwagon.

    How do they top this?

A Jack Kirby Action Figure that Transforms into The Thing?

I like the invisible clear plastic Ditko idea... but he'd also have to transform into Ayn Rand.

I appreciate Stan Lee's genius as much as the next person, but that is just plain WEIRD!

It's a San Digeo Comic-Con thing. This PDF mentions it if you can wade through it:

Wow, that is pretty cool. You can put him next to your invisible Steve Ditko action figure and it would be very appropriate.

Weird. Spider-Stan. I really hope that Todd McFarlane does a version of Stan for The Simpsons line.

But something is bothering me. He's missing his giant tinted glasses. Without those, he's just a guy with a windbreaker.

Here is the funniest thing about this figure... he transfroms into Spiderman!
