Non Licensed Playsets Like the MM Castle...

No secret, I like playsets and vehicles. To me, this give an action figure a special dimension. A reason to be opened. That being said, what are some good non licensed playsets that might be made Mego style?

Sea Fury. The Sears version of the Matchbox Fighting Furies pirate ship would be my pick. Maybe make it slightly boxier, cut the plastic parts from the list and just go with printed cardstock and vinyl all around. Maybe some printed foldup monsters like Krakens or Nessies..

A re-do of the MM castle in different colors for the Knights. THIS seems like an easy way to go. White or gray stone walls with blue parapets. Maybe even a small tower added on or used separately for the Black Knight.

Robin Hood's Tree house. Maybe base it on the Apes tree house. THAT would be spectacular.

Speaking of more Remegoing, the Oz With's castle would work as well. Nice and generic for historic and fantasy style characters.

A SPace themed playset, maybe based on the AJ/Apes Lost Continent. Cardstock monsters and dinosaurs easy peasy to do.

Hey, how about a Crime Alley? I am thinking sorta kinda like the Forbidden City Apes playset?

And a Western Town? CTVT did release 11 western style figures...Bonus points if you can name all 11. Actually 13 in a way....

      Check out Dida Playsets.

If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Always liked the concept of his Didas, but could never find the price. Plus, a small part of the alligator section of my brain keeps saying that maybe an 8 yr old will somehow see this in a store and buy it.

I thought all of those were good suggestions.

All of them would fit in with the figures on the site to. Keeping the space playset generic would make it usable with Trek figs to.
