Where did Flattworld go wrong?

Charlie pretty much got screwed. The Phantom was supposed to come out after the Bela Lugosi figure but someone (not Charlie) decided that the 911 fireman was going to be next and left Charlie out of that desicion. Had the Phaton come out first it may have been a differant story!?

I firmly believe if Charlee had had the right people behind him from the beginning, people who knew what they were doing and were not out to screw him, he'd still be in business. He had so many things planned with Zorro, Rocky Horror and Astro City.

I seem to recall seeing a prototype of that Phantom figure too. Does anyone have a photo of that?

I didn't realize they had a fireman in the works as well... did they ever show that figure proto?

the fireman figure was released (I've got a few), but I think it was associated with Charlee only in passing.

I had that figure. They was some delay with the box, so I got the figure first and then the box later. The costume is very detailed and impressive. If I remember, the company wasn't called Flattword by then (maybe B-Natural).
