I do love Savee's artwork though, hard to believe that was for a kids coloring book!
I have his Sci-Fi book too, it has some very interesting takes on the classics too...

Yeah, that artwork has meant quite a lot to me over the years. I've still got my first copy of the book, colored in with markers no less.
I've never crossed paths with the Sci-Fi book, although I know it was published. Care to scan any of it?

First Men on the moon
Brave new world

and Dune...
I have a question. Why did this loose figure go so high? Is it part of a rare line??
Yep. So far, it is the only example of this figure to surface. There's a loose Mummy that sold in the same price range a few weeks back (two different threads on this board about that, search Tomland and Mummy), same story with it save that there is one carded one know to be in a collection. No one active in the monster and figure communities has ever seen the Dracula (said to be pictured on the back of the carded Mummy). So, not a foolish question at all, just an obscure figure. Now, find me a Dracula, please.

Thanks very much. I had no idea how rare those figures were. I've been thinking about getting into the horror figures, I used to have some of the Lincoln guys as a kid.
Yep, I just realized the other day that Rudy was the one who won this. I can't afford it, but it should be fun watching the slugfest when it pops up!
