This is a carrying case I created using a Dida Display 6 panel kit. I've been messing with the basic Dida parts for so long I am surprised and a little embarrassed I didn't figure out how to do this Carrying Cube before. Everything I needed was right there.
Here's a short video showing how this works. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KURmnZlo3U
My original triangular Tribox is still cool, and has it's advantages, but this basic cube is much more like the retro carrying cases that inspired Dida Displays. It's also easier to assemble and use, I've reduced the number of snaps to zero but it still fits and holds together well. (The snaps you see on the main floor here are errors in the prototype, they don't need to be there
This will be available soon. I'm still tweaking it and haven't nailed down the price. Under $40 is my expectation. If you haven't heard, Dida Displays is back in business. I've ordered new parts and will have them in stock later this summer. Check back here for more updates or sign up on my mailing list.
