probably left overs from Hasbro.com. Or some guy returned on there. I saw a Reed Sue two pack once, and tried to buy it but it wouldn't ring up. Probably because it was a Target item.

Famous covers and dc hasbro figures are generally dirt cheap everywhere you go, so I don't think you need to limit yourself to finding them in thrift shops. Rather than picking up used played-with versions, boxed and new will generally only run you a few bucks.
Unfortunately. arround here. They are scarce. Searching the seconary and close out type stores. I was able to scrounge 2 Psylockes at 6 bucks apiece. I would also like to nail some second hand because I dont have any issues on customizing with them.

You forgot the first appearance Wonder Woman figure that came with the book and sold at book stores too, It's like the Batman one.
