Picked this guy up at the flea market this morning. He has no markings anywhere, and he doesn't seem old. He's real minty.

No markings on the body means it's a Lion Rock knock off."When not too many people can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears,
Their eyes can't hope to see
The beauty that surrounds them
Isn't it a pity".

Thank you bizzaro that was the clue I needed! Can always count on Museum Members to help out!
I found him right here in the Museum Gallery. He is the ANZAC BUSH PILOT (a Lion Rock knockoff of the French carded Australian Commando), part of the Soldiers of World War 2 series. 1980s Woolworths. I can probably find some Action Jackson clothes to finish him up, or maybe I'll customize him into something (any suggestions? Tried to think of a bearded hero...got nothing). As he is he looks like a POW.
