Ordered a few belts, boot sets and a couple outfits on Saturday and they arrived this past Monday! Granted, I do live only one state away (they're in Florida and I'm in Georgia), but still, that is FAST shipping!

Very happy with the quality of the parts. I recently ordered a few heads and a new body from them and will report on the quality of them as soon as I receive them.

I for one will not deal with CTT ever again. I bought my son a complete Happy Days line from them the day he opened them and started to play with them he would keep bringing me figures that were cracked and or broken I wrote CTT about it and never heard back from them. I ended up just tossing the junk and eventually bought my son all the EMCE Trek figures and he never had a problem with any of them. It cost me but I learned my lesson never again will I buy from CTT.

Any problems I've had in the past they have always made it right. The bodies aren't Doc quality, but you can't beat the accessories. The price is right and they always ship fast.

Too bad about your experience. Yea, their bodies can break. That's pretty much the opinion you'll find. Ankles ( big problem on females in my experience ) elbows, wrists and hips have all broken on me but for the cost of a figure - $5 to $10 each compared to other companies about $20+ each I still think it's worth it. They don't all break and if it's the hip ( on the males that is most common for me to find ) I have developed my own method for fixing that works very well.

I am surprised that you never heard back from them, I've found their customer service to be good.

Lots of great dealings here with CTVT. I use their stuff a lot for customs. I will continue to place orders with them. Their shipping is FAST. I have never been disappointed. I am really glad to see that they are getting new stuff in stock.

From what I have heard in the past from others their stuff was really lacking in quality. However, I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for in most cases.

Their prices are very reasonable. I personally think that their quality has improved over time.

Guess it all depends on where one lives and certain conditions(weather et al.).
I just got my CTVT order yesterday night and I ordered it last Thursday(2.10.11). I've ordered from CAT and gotten my orders in 3-4 days. But again, it depends on conditions, I've gotten previous CTVT orders in 3-4 days as well.
Keep in the mind, my tone towards CTVT is positive and not knocking down. Their accessories are tops and selection is growing which makes me a happy camper.

I'm curious... historically, there stuff has run a bit tight on a classic Mego body, and downright too small on an EMCE or Castaway body. Are the newer items any better in that regard?
