Dark Shadows 8" figures

Hi Everyone,

AMOK Time has the Dark Shadows set (made by AMOK Time) available for $34.99 as a preorder. The regular price is $44.99. BBS also has it a preorder for $42.99. I thought I mention it since some of the folks here talked about the Dark Shadows stuffs not too long ago.

DANG! I only wanted the vampire guy...as a set it is just too pricey for me. I can't wait for the Universal Dracula to come out.

I'm not a huge Dark Shadows fan, but these look very cool! I recognize the wacky pop cultural value. I heard they are making a movie with Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins. Curious how that will fly.

I am not a real fan of Johnny Depp, but I thought he turned out pretty well as Captain Jack Sparrow and Sweeney Todd.

Not too fond of his Ichabod Crane though.

I'll say one thing for him, he is always surprising me when it comes to his portrayals.

He just might be able to pull this off, if he approaches it with the right attitude.
