Is this out yet? Does anyone have it?

I'd like to track down the dark suit version, but the only store with them in stock has the light gray suit only.

Is the body much like the Mego body? Is it held together with rubber bands?

Definitely out, and been out for awhile. Annoying how Heroes in Action's website hasn't been updated since I went looking a few months ago, nor reflects availablity nor sells the figure. I hope they get their marketing act together in that regard since it looks like they're going to have at least one more figure this year.

As for the POTUS figure, he's Mego-like, but not exactly Mego. The knees are the two-pin setup that allows more articulation that you see on the Marvel Legends a lot. I don't remember any of the other body details I checked out when I got mine.

If I can dig mine up this weekend, I'll post some pix.

It's ironic that the gray suit variant is the easier to find. There are no black suits on ebay right now, but a bunch of the other. I was thinking of just getting another grey one and buying a Doc Mego black suit, rather than waiting for a black one to appear. My impression is that the run on this figure was pretty small, or that it came pretty close to selling out, because I don't see a lot of them available.

Ha, you were my source from another post for the fact that there was the one! Can't wait to see what's next. The Obama figures are great quality for the price point.

Tell your friend they need to work on their website - it needs a front end with an info page and a link to a working store. The figures should say sold out, not be priced at zero.

To all outside appearances it looks like a dead company, which isn't what they should be projecting, especially with new figures in the pipe.

Not held together with rubber bands, but joints are tight, it holds a pose well, and has more articulation than Mego or Cast-A-Way. Full review here.
