    New Mattel figure body parts

    It's common knowledge that the new Mattel Green Arrow head is a re-sculpted Mego head. The body mod from Big Jim didn't work because they used pretty much the same legs and pelvis with a totally different style to attach the legs and the old position of the hips is all wrong for the new angle of tension.I think that is the change they made to make it more "mego like". They should have started with a mego body and re-sculpted the muscles to match Jim's. Of course they should have added the bicep swivel too.

      That's exactly how I built my custom resin bodies. Start with mego as the base. Build up or subtract from you doner parts. I was happy with my final results.
