GOOD NEWS REGARDING MATTEL WGSH WAVE 1 figures.

    Hi,
The new toys r' us exclusive wave 1 WGSH mattel figures are listed in the new Previews book which came out this week.
This means that local comic shops can order them.
It seems they are not such an exclusive to Toys r' us after all.
So, this means, we fans don't have to run around to different Toys r' us shops to put the set together.
What do you all think? are you all happy with this news? or do you feel a little disappointed that they are not such an exclusive?

My days of "hunting" and fighting scalpers is over. I also am off EBay for a while.

I want to just walk in and pick up a Luthor and buy the thing. Like a normal human being buying a normal thing !!! SHEESH!

I think I'd rather support my local comic shop than Toys R Us anyway.

I think it would be cool, if me local shop got the set, I'd buy em there for sure. Besides, I don't have a Toys'R Us.

The price for them in Previews is higher then the pre order price from Big Bad Toy store. But it would be good for Comic Shops to get them. As long as everyone who wants them can get them, either on line or at a store. It would be neat seeing them at a toy store!

I certainly won't be buying ANY at that price!

Doc is involved, that makes it EMCE to me. Besides, every other Mattel thread is in the EMCE forum, ley's try to keep it all together in stead of spread out all over the place

Mattel needs it's own section. They ARE NOT Emce or Mego. I totally agree that it should be here. I checked the package and it doesn't refer to Emce at all. Nothing. So it's Mattel, in reality.

comic shops always pay more then TRU because of volume brought in. so if you order and buy at a comic shop you will be paying a higher amount. TRU if they stay in stock long enough will be cheaper.
