    Hyper-Hero Japanese Megolike Action Dolls

Does anyone have any information on these figures? I've been looking for a while for 8" Ultraman Megolike figures with cloth outfits. Some sellers have them at 7 1/2" and some have them closer to 8". Anyone ever had them next to a Mego?

These are pricey, but lots of goodness in the accessories and outfits.

i have some of these and love them. Most are shorter than Megos but taller than Lion Rocks. Some of them, like the Saint Seinyas are a bit taller and have hands that insert. Most do not have hands and feet; they have gloves that fit over the arms. The articulation is pretty amazing. bodies are very slim.

Yes, they are shorter than standard Megos. I have all 5 GoRangers. Although they look cool they don't feel beefy to me like Mego bodies. More delicate. But I still nice for sure. More so the costumes.
They use to have a website with all the ones they made. I site is gone and not sure if they are still are in business. I've seen some for sale at HobbyLink Japan.

I used to have the Kikaider and I kind of miss it. He fit in really well with my Popy guys.

Really?? I'm not sure if I want to hear more. They're pretty expensive.

                Kikaider is so cool too.

I've even wondered how well a Denys Fisher Muton outfit might fit on a Mego. I've heard not so great.

Man, if someone could simply create an 8" style of these Hyper-Heroes for about half the price. $150 is brutal.

Those are cool, I really like that Ultraman/Zetton set. I'd never heard of the company or these figures before, they completely slipped under my radar. If they made ones with Godzilla or Gamera kaiju costumes, I'd have to break down and buy some, but I don't think they ever did.

Medicom did make some 8 1/2" Kamen Rider and Kikaider figures awhile back, as a part of their RAH220 line (Real Action Heroes, 220mm tall) and some of them could probably still be found for considerably less money. Maybe not quite as cool as these, but they were very posable and quite detailed.
