Ugh I loved this line so much. I honestly think the designs are all perfect and really wish we got more Batman Villains and the Flash Rogues.

Didn't later sets have a fixed body or am I crazy?

I read somewhere that the bodies were better by the end.

Its a very nice line, costume and sculpts. I also wish that they made more.

Thats why Mego are here now if more DC comes out eventually.

You never know... I am not ready to give up on them just yet.

In the meantime, just bought another batch of Mattel`s to play with. Should get them in next week or so.

Might as well have fun with what is out there.

Do you know anyone that can help with restringing them? Otherwise it's the perfect body size IMO and I love their headsculpts.

Saw on you tube that you can undresse them , wind the legs to tighten the elastic and put the cloths back on and that tightens the legs and waist.

Still need to try it out.

Congrats on getting the set. I got them as they came out, and opened them, although I think my wife and I kept a Batman and Wonder Woman on the cards as well.

They are great looking figures, but the bodies in the first few waves at least are really not great. I never bothered modifying them, so I have them all crammed together, supporting one another. ;-)

Thanks, was lucky finding this full set.

Once I start opening them, will determine the bad from the good and might just turn around and order a bunch of DR.Mego bodies to swap them. The heads are compatible.

The Batman grows on you, did not like him when I first saw him but now like the look of him. The females look good and wish they made more of them.

I dont know how much these sold for when they came out since was not buying back then. Dont think mattel would have put these out if expensive.

Its great to hear that you still have all of yours and on display, read so many threads were people just got rid of them after a while. They look real good if you can get pass the bad male body design.

They look cool in package but I could not fix the bodies. Sold off my loose sets about 2 years ago but only got about $5.00 each. The suits are worth more than that for customizing. Guy Gardner was the best one for joints and Green Arrow was the most floppy. Wonderwoman and Cheetah are the best of the whole set
