Paco figures question

Hi, just had a question about the Paco magnificent team figures. Some figures have berets and helmets. Are these removable? or attached to the head? Also who sells them?

You could ask Lou Melograna if he has some. He said in a recent thread that he had allot of figures. I know he is huge in knockoffs. Many featured at megolike.com are his own.
