I need some help identifying somthing

I have a green gi joe atv like vehicle with winch like the yellow one from vintage adventure team mummys tomb set but its green and smaller it looks like it would fit the big jim or super joe line but i cant find it does anyone have a clue what set it is from maybe its mego i can email a pic

The ATV vehicle is a Mr Action (by LJN) product, as seen in photo below. (you can see more Mr Action stuff here). However some companies shared tooling, so it could be just a knock off of a knock off. I think these were also sold for Action Jackson figures.

Some of the gear inside the vehicle in your photo is Hasbro GI Joe stuff (from the vintage 12 inch line) and knock off Joe stuff. Early/mid 1970s era.
