Need to know the name of this alien 1999 figure

It is a Space 1999 alien figure and he has a goldish copper colored head and I think he even has a hat/hair piece that when you remove it he is bald?

I have this figure myself Steve,..the figure is completely bald,..the hair is not rooted,..instead,..its sewn to the hat,..and the hair easily falls off it one its stoked or touched,..the face is molded to look like Peter Cushing in a goldish color, nor painted nor tinted. Good for your customs as its bald with no holes nor marks for the hair!!!
