It's not rare, but it is hard to find. One of my customers is a BIG Big Jim collector. I'm sure he would take it off you hands. Drop me a pm and I'll hook you up. Heck I'd love a scan of the box art for myself. Great find!

The only thing I know of this is that it s redux of the Barbie dune buggy. I think I found this out here. (The Museum of coarse) Someone pointed out that Big Jim's spy camper was a remake of a Barbie camper. All the same I would have loved to score that! Congrats guy!!!
