        Thanks!

If we meet our sales target of Commander X figures- variants included,
a Sea Ghost figure AND a Capt'n Eli figure could be realities.

The 1950's jacketed variant of Commander X will be available soon
for New York Comic-Con in February.

Cant wait to unveil the others- The Commander X Western Variant is a particular favorite of mine.

Great news about the comic. I really dig it.
"Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."

Looks awesome Jay and it's great that the property seems to be taking off. Congrats on that! The comic is really cool but, and this is just my opinion, the Red Octopus character looks a lot like Cobra Commander. Are you concerned at all that Hasbro might give you some trouble over that at some point if the property continues to do well and starts to get more attention?

              Thanks!

The Red Octopus is actually another character that has been already established in the Undersea Adventures of Capt'n Eli with another look.

I dont want to spoil it ,but Readers probably already recognize his real identity.

Wearing a hood like that was fairly commonplace in the world of pulp
              way before Cobra Commander-

The character's look is based on many other serial , pulp and golden age villains.

GIJOE was after my time- so i didnt connect for me.

so, with no other similarities than a hood- ive got no worries-

                    Yes! after Ny Comic Con-

There are 8 variants in the works-
some will have exclusive packaging for some comic shows
                    and then be available on-line.
