I have a bunch sitting around and was just wondering if anyone still collects them. I never really got into them, but did pick a handful up when I returned to Mego. I was going to list them on Ebay, but I notice that the ones presently listed don't really sell. That added to my curiousity about the state of these with collectors.

I'm looking at turning the Hulk into a Thing with the Toybiz 10" Thing head. Would love to use the arms/legs, but haven't figured out how to chop him up correctly to use.
STILL want to make a Mego Hawkeye from the FC one ~ Trying to find time and energy.. and could use a new head sculpt. My FC YJ avatar I'm using still rocks.
If anyone can sell me a loose FC Hulk for $10 shipped, that would be super..!
david_bPeace.. Through Superior Firepower.

I Used to Collect Them. Then I couldn't find them any more at my local Toys r Us. So I just stopped and haven't looked back. I'm not looking for anymore but I'm definately keeping what I got. They are cool looking.

You know, I'd have to check. I know I have Iron Man, Vision, Cap and Thor, but I don't know which other ones. I was thinking of loading some into a an original shipping box I have and trying to sell them. If you're interested, let me know and I'll send you a list.
I had a feeling they generally exist as custom fodder these days.WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.Comment

I still have all mine and a boatload of spare parts I use for customs. Some are good. Some not so much...“As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery… we have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace. The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as anger, attachment, fear and suspicion, while love and compassion and a sense of universal responsibility are the sources of peace and happiness.” - The Dalai LamaComment

I use the gals and the big Hulk/Sabretooth for custom fodder. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

Uh, apparently, I'm the only one left who collects them. I use a lot for customs, but I really like them for their own merit.
I recently made a side detour into mego (returning to the obsession of my youth) and was reminded how TERRIBLE the elastic-type bodies are for posing and how the arms will pull into the torso.
Everybody rags on the FC for bulkieness and yet custom mego bodies are always seeming to go for "bulked up" arms and torsos. I prefer the fc articulation over the elastic. Everytime I move a mego arm, I'm afraid it is going to break off in my hand.
I have no defense for the "pinhead"-ness of them, but a bunch find there way onto custom megos, so they can't be all that bad.
I find them more conducive to customizing than the 9 inch figures.
They ring my bell, what can I say?
