There's been an interesting development. The high back on the chair means having to create a very deep mold and he suggested making the back two-parts--the base seat and an extension pad headrest--pretty much how they made the original TOS chairs, actually. So they will have a bit more detail than I thought and you'll actually get two chairs in one---a regular back and a high back extension that attaches.
It sounds like I will have a prototype to show early next week!
I'm planning on buying a set, maybe more. First I've gotta save some more and I'd really like one of your Trek bridges, but that's one I will have to save many pennies for.
