    Well folks,

    Here are the replies I got from CTVT. These are quoted verbatim with the dates and time:

    Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2008 11:50 PM
    "we would prefer you do not order anything in the future, thank you"


    GREAT customer service there huh?

    Then this came in:

    Sent: Friday, August 29, 2008 12:34 AM
    "a $5.00 shipping credit will be issued next week for order # 256. Thank you Classictvtoys.com"


    Wow. Great. I have a credit I can't use. Brilliant.

    So, do I get nasty and make a phone call and rip them new ones or something else?

    Thoughts?

      Yeah, that's why I ordered from CTVT. If you drop him a line he MIGHT have some stuff lying around.

      THAT is Machiavellian brilliance! I'd call and complain until I got $10 in credit I couldn't use.

        Update.

        I received my replacement quiver for Will Scarlett today. Oddly, it's shaped much like a BOW. What's truly sad is they sent a printed copy of my email clearly stating it was a quiver I needed.

        They've blocked my email address. How do I claim my 5.00 shipping credit?

        I have determined CTVT are morons and thieves.
