Big Lots exclusives

Well here it is September 30 and my Big Lots doesn't have the Mego exclusive figures we were promised. They are not even on their website. Anyone know what's going on?

I see that Walmart Canada, has them set for Oct 16. I think it was 8th last I looked. IF that Helps.

I don’t know that anybody promised anybody a certain date. I think the twentieth was floated second hand at one point but I can’t say it sounded like a guarantee. I’m checking every few days on the way to work. It’s sort of on the way.

I’m checking eBay as an indicator as well. When they start showing up on eBay I will start searching Big Lots in earnest.

I was off today but forgot to check Big Lots when I was doing my run.(

Amazon Canada has it, of all places. Usually we are always the ones to get everything late. It's a shock to see them available up here!

Stopped by my local Bog Lots today-they've reset the toy section adding an aisle for the Christmas season and they have tons of boxes of Christmas stuff scattered all over the store to be put out on shelves as about 1/3 of the store is now devoted to Holiday merch (and half to furniture so not much room for anything else). But still no sign of the Mego exclusives and still no clue among the employees how a Big Lot exclusive would work or how /where it would be stocked, just "Did you check the website" form them for the umpteenth time. So hopefully after they clear out the Christmas stock form the storeroom they might get to the Megos if they've arrived in stores but apparently each store has a variable backload of stock to put out based on their staffing levels and trucks are arriving before the stuff form previous trucks is even checked in and put out on the shelves, so who knows if/when the Megos will actually show up on shelves with the holiday glut of product they are getting.

Went out to visit the in-laws today, about an hour away, and stopped in the Big Lots out there, and no joy there either. I did find a bunch of Mego on clearance at the Walmart out that way, but not the 50th anniversary stuff.
