I would luv Baron Mordo, Nightmare, Dr. Druid, Son of Satan and Living Mummy. I seriously doubt SOS will ever see the light of day. Parent groups will be up and arms over anything dealing with the devil....sign.

Marvel TV Heroes! Yes, a longshot, but I keep hoping for a miracle similar to what occurred w Batman '66!
Lou Ferrigno Hulk
Bill Bixby David Banner
Jack McGee (with tranquilizer gun and/or net)
Nicholas Hammond Spiderman
Reb Brown Captain America ...for starters!
The rights to the later TV movies would probably be even trickier, but I'd also love an Eric Kramer Thor & Rex Smith Daredevil.
45 years later and no official figures of any of these characters, ever!Comment

Marvel monsters and supernatural heroes and villains from the 70s for me. Werewolf By Night, Marvel’s Dracula, 70s Blade, Morbius, 70s Ghost Rider, Brother Voodoo, the Son of Satan, Satana, Marvel’s Frankenstein Monster, etc...
I know these are probably huge long shots.

Human Fly would be on my long shot list, too. Probably the longest of shots and we might see Paste-Pot Pete before we got to a Wave with Human Fly, but, while we're dreaming, right?

Since Human Fly was based on a real person and not a character created by Marvel, I would suspect it would require a separate licensing deal and isn't covered by the Marvel deal. Marvel licensed the character. There was a movie about the Human Fly in development around 2012 that had no connection to Marvel or Marvel Studios. It ended up in development hell and never made, but the rights to it had nothing to do with Marvel, so I suspect any license Marvel had for the character is long expired.
