I'm not sure which Mutant Leader you're after, but Amazon.com has the "masked" version for $14.78 & Zira for $17.95.

So far, I’m getting a refund on the two incorrect figures. I emailed back that I don’t know if it’s the half off price or the regular, and that Zira is almost the full price and Mutant is $100, on eBay. I missed these in the first place because, Topps didn’t ship to Canada (well it was really expensive for each set). I got the Trek ones, and was considering opening the POTA after getting this great deal.
I told them I would not be happy if someone got the right figures, weeks after the sale was supposed to end… that was the longest Flash Sale that I ever saw!!
