Has anyone actually received the figures they ordered from Topps? I only ordered Brent and the Mutant, but would still like to get these soon.

I am also with Sprytel on this too.

Also, I prefer the variation of Captain Marvel / Shazam over the Topps version, but I am still happy that I purchased the Topps version.

I’m with Sprytel. We’ve seen two variations so far, both quite different from the Topps versions.

If, for example, the only difference between Topps and NotTopps Star Trek is that NotTopps come with blue weapons, I’m fine with that.

I’m glad to hear it. I look forward to receiving the figures I’ve ordered.

If you are asking me specifically, my answer is: (a) I did not buy any of the Topps Hammer figures, I only bought the Trek figures, and (b) yes, even if the Trek variations are just as minor as you described, I'm still happy with my decision.

So let me ask you this in a different way:

If the Hammer figures from other retailers are exactly the same as the Topps except for slight costuming changes (perhaps a burgundy jacket on the Phantom instead of navy blue) are you going to be happy that these folks took your money six months ago?

Yes, clearly those are stills. Not sure what that has to do with the question at hand.

Because Monsters in Motion just did a Google image search and used a picture of the Topps figure?

I suspect that is not a 100% accurate picture of the Taylor figure or the Mutant Leader, either... I think those are actually just movie stills! The conspiracy deepens...
