If you didn't order two mummy figures, you can't get two mummy figures. They were put into production and didn't make extra figures for later purchase. I'd contact them about the refund.

Yeah, I was sent a refund for the two Gorgon figures that I ordered too. I don’t know if they’ll sub another figure for it or not, but you never know?

Apparently, Hasbro did not get any extras for their HasLab Sentinel. That's the first time I've heard of that not happening.
