Some GREAT stuff and some bad. Thank God BBTS let's you cancel Pre-Orders...after seeing the Cavill sculpt looks nothing like him. Cage Spock looks awesome, on the fence about Gal Godot WW. Don't dig the brown face on the Urko Ape sculpt...but that's an easy paint fix.

Is this the finished version? Not that I'm complaining---I think it looks great---but I assumed the 55th anniversary Kirk would have a similar uniform to the 55th anniversary Spock.

As a customizer...I restring all my Megos to have Full ROM. I need it for dioramas. However, I purchased 3 current Superman figures and threw everything away except for the bodies and capes. Costume was too tight and non-stretchy (S emblem was too small)...head was too big and boots to wonky (soft rubber) made it hard to stand or pose. I Luv Mego...been with them from the inception in the early 70's...Just hope these quality issues could be addressed.
Couldn't do various poses with this recent Superman costume....

I don't understand the dislike for the Cavill suit--he has a horrible costume in the films and this depicts it in doll form pretty well.

I'm seeing a trend here....don't like it. The big head syndrome is still alive in some of these figures. I have it with the Kang Klingon figure, and the recent Mego Superman. What I don't understand is how Dr. McCoy and Scotty heads are the correct scale...but yet Kang's head is a tad too big (makes the shoulders look narrow...when head is too big). Another issue I have is those costumes that are Silkscreened...Superman emblem abs, and red shorts on the previous release...I find them to be useless for posing...too restrictive (non stretchy material type costumes...Unlike what Mego used on their Superhero figures in the 70's). Disappointed !!!

Her eyes look all wonky and the outfit is nothing more than a half baked attempt at the costume from the movie.

I hope that they are prototypes.

Cavill has the same skull birth defect as John Stewart. I think I have acceptable sources for Castillo and Troi from STNG now
