Foreign Chekov?

I'm assuming this is a foreign release of Chekov. I'd really like to get one, but the only one I've seen is about sixty dollars. That's way too expensive!

Does anybody have any information about this foreign release? Are there others that got a second release in the new packaging?

Sulu also got the second release treatment. Did anyone get one of the updated Chekov figures? Am I the only one that cares about the variant figures?
