Last time I was here I had seen one or two "Lord of the Ring" Legolas but that was around the Spring time. Most Walmarts in my area are 20-30 minutes away.
I also check for Meijer stores and there none in this region.

By the look of the Marker card, it looks like Mego's are a forgotten brand. A talk with the clerks revealed that the 2 workers on duty do not remember ever seeing the items and a check of their devices shown nothing in stock.
In my opinion, Pittsburgh or South Western Pennsylvania just isn't a big toy area. I grew up with in walking distance of a regular shopping district and a Mall. Many of the toys you guys talk about, I never seen on a shelf growing up and only found out about through forums like these. My guess is this sparse supply of merchandise is continuing today.
