Agreed - I think of Aragorn's complexion in the Bakshi film. He was practically orange.

Not THAT pale! Besides, aren’t elves supposed to be healthier than humans? And look it?

As Aragorn is a Ranger that has spent the majority of his adult life outdoors, shouldn’t he have at least a smidge of a tan?
