Yes, I believe for a later DST offering that didn't materialize. A sort of "generic redshirt."

I think they would need to pull off a new sculpt for DeSalle. Possible a Sammy for Cheers would fit the bill. Both had "high hair" I didn't realize companies depended on "generic sculpts" that could be used for multiple figures until recently. It's a great way to save money and maximize profits with one sculpt.
Elvis, Ricky Nelson, Hogan from Hogan's Hero's, Roy Orbison and the Professor from Gilligan's Island to name a few with high hair could be used.
