Are there any Target offers good on the 14” figures? I haven’t bought any yet and I’ve been kind of spoiled with discounted 8” figs.

Nope. None yet.
You can still get Wave 1 of the 14 inch online, Wave 2 is also online except for Superman (he comes and goes on the website), and Lex and the Joker are available from Wave 3 (Flash pops up occassionally, the Blue Batman rarely at this time). Also check your Target store. My brother says his Target store still had 2 14 inch Supermans available. -
