I just watched that again over the weekend and while I like his Wolfman, his Mummy doesn't work as well. I'd probably still buy one though.

Monster of Piedras Blancas is a great choice. The director was a Universal makeup and suit guy who worked on Creech, Mole Man and Metaluna. Universal also indirectly supported the movie through non-financial methods.

If they went with a b-movie monster line instead of the Universal Monsters, there are plenty of cool options.
I got excited about possibly getting a Karloff Frank and a Chaney Wolfman after the Lugosi Drac,
but if that is not to be, B-Monsters would be fun.
How about a Teenage Frankenstein?
