Is the new Mego Gorn head bigger?

I only picked up one so far, but looking at next to the EMCE Gorn, the new Mego head looks bigger. I love the new color scheme on it though. Way more accurate than the EMCE version and I love that it comes with the weapon set, even though not show accurate, it is pure Mego

I just ordered mine from Target site yesterday. This will complete my Gorn evolution from classic Mego, Dunsel, EMCE and now the new Mego. Gotta love the Gorn!

I picked up the new mego Gorn today at Target and I'm very pleased with it, and the head is just slightly bigger and a bit more accurate than the EMCE release, jmo.

The inverted neck plug is changing the neck shape of the head. That's why Richie has a Kirby jaw and Spock looks more Quinto than Nimoy. The neck-up plug stretches out the head base.
