Phoebe with "spell eyes"?

I was just wondering if these look like spell casting eyes. I know the other figures I've seen haven't had the glaring down look with the whites above the pupils. She kind of looks sinister, I think. What do your Phoebe's eyes look like? When you get one, check it out.

Yeah it's weird, but when I first looked at the pic, first thing I thought of was Cher. So Sonny & Cher in a future wave?
