Wave Two hits Target

I hope the Targets that didn't get wave 1 will carry wave 2. This happens with some
action figure lines like WWE.

1 - Paul Clarke has said wave 2 will be $14.99. They have a different barcode and will scan at original price point.

2 - Now that Gorn is confirmed as part of wave 2, I hope Mego releases a list of the full forthcoming wave soon. Gotta know which figures to tell my peeps to be on the lookout for, LoL.

Not to discount Paul, but these don't ring up as an individually priced figure. Franky, Gorn and mystery other figure ship 6 per box, and each figure (though different_ have the same assortment DCPI. If they show up now, and are part of the existing wave 1 mix that uses the mark-down DCPI then they'll be $12.99 too.

If that W1 DCPI is phased out, then maybe they'll be assigned a new assortment DCPI allowing for the higher $14.99 price.. but I doubt that DCPI will be moth balled. More than likely all the DCPI numbers will jump back up to the launch prices once W2 fully starts shipping.

I would assume a few of the Frankies and Gornies will slip through at the $12.99 pp.

Can Dr Mego confirm this? Seems odd we have not even seen a full production pic, not mention it is supposed to be a Chaney Frankenstein but it's Karloff art on the card?

Were "full production pics" shown for all wave 1 figures before they debuted at SDCC or at Target?

I genuinely don't know, as I may have missed them.

*I'm in the camp the pic is real, figures are real, and all is real. Who'd fake that .. and for what reason? If MEGO (factory/employees/etc.) could put an AJ head on a Fonzie clothed body and card, then it's possible for the Art Dept to get the Franky mug shot wrong.

Could there be legal reasons for using the Karloff Franky mug art on the card? I'm not up on that stuff.
