Mirror universe figures...

So, the two pack Mirror, Mirror figures have their phasers facing backwards. The Sulu and Chekov figures have their phasers facing forward. I have seen three Sulu figures on ebay that have had rear facing phasers, though. My theory is that those are evil Mirror universe figures posing as our own.

Actually, the reason is the new reproduction belts are to loose in the phaser slot...so on the EMCE figures Doc turned them around in the other direction(I guess because they fit better?)and then added the clear elastic band around them to hold them in place.

I’m not sure why it matters what way they face? They can be moved either way depending on preference.

You can't switch them when they are sealed in the package. Out of all the figures I've seen on ebay and in person, there have only been three Sulu figures with them facing backwards.

I always assume people buy them and take them out of the package. I see them as toys not “collectables”. If yer never actually gonna take it out and hold it, then u only really half own it in my opinion. To each their own tho as long as you enjoy them.

This is the only rear facing phaser I've seen on a Chekov figure. Too bad his collar is flipped up.
