All we know so far is that they're in the unusual size of 14", not that they will be wonky.

Are they sticking with shows from the 70's and 80's, or will they incorporate some newer shows? Just wondering if these are geared towards adult collectors? Would love me some Mego Infinity War figures.

It also had a theatrical movie release called Serenity, followed up by a number of comics from Dark Horse.

Look like Syfy is doing a mea culpa, as here is what they are saying today:

Though the exact figures coming haven't been revealed, Mego did announce that Star Trek, DC Comics, and I Dream of Jeannie would be among those available in the first wave. Additionally, a very special 50th-anniversary version of Joe Namath will be for sale, and "Broadway" Joe will be on hand to sign figures at the show. Three waves are planned for the remainder of this year, with 8-inch, 14-inch, and 8-inch two-packs as part of the launch. Sadly, the full figure breakdown (aside from those in the teaser images) won't be divulged until Mego's SDCC panel on July 20.
    From http://www.syfy.com/syfywire/awesome...-toys-are-here

Can't wait for the SDCC to get the full details.

I've seen some clever Oz customs here over the years. Mike Oz did some terrific figures from the Kansas portion of the film.

I'd love to see new line succeed and grow. Like many, I'd especially like to see Nikko the flying monkey commander (on a child body).
I think they could also do a few from the books, too--the Nome King, Jack Pumpkinhead, perhaps the Patchwork Girl, Ozma, T.E Wogglebug. Those would expand the line nicely.

I'm guessing this may help with the sales of the Wizard of Oz stuff. http://www.yellowbrickroadcasino.com/ I know they don't have the figures there........yet.

I think it is cool that they are doing Firefly, because I think it is a property they would have done if the show existed back then. Though they would probably be 3 3/4". So far I am definitely on board with those, Star Trek and maaaybee Wizard of Oz. Everything else announced remains to be seen. Exciting times!
