So, when do you think the next Marvel set will be announced? If it was a Spider-man set, it probably would have been announced already. I'm thinking it'll be a second Avengers set, announced some time around Thanksgiving. What's your guess?

I don't know but I bet the next one will have The Falcon and a brand new Dr. Doom. I also believe that an X-Men set will be coming later and have a brand new Wolverine and Deadpool. And finally I predict another Spidey set later on with black suit Spidey and Venom. -
Spidey has enough villains and popularity for a second set. I hope if they go that route, they either do a Venom, or a black suit Spidey. Even better, do four original figures, then include the black head, suit and heads in a give-away bag. Mego makes additional profit, fans get a "bonus" figure.
I wonder if they would include Spider-Woman in a Spidey set, or just stick with the bad guys.Comment

The F4 set was announced last year on June 30 and came out the 9th or so of July. Today’s the 20th, so there’s still time to kinda stick to that timeline and have them out in time for the movie that hits theaters July 31.

The F4 set was timed for the F4 movie . Avengers Endgame set 1 legends has Thor, Thing , Beast and Dr. DoomComment

If they were going to tie into an Avengers movie, it would be Doomsday, but they've already put out the Avengers set. Seems more likely the next one will tie into the X-Men, also featured in Doomsday.Comment

They had to release the big 4 Avengers set since they were only adding 8 new figures (Electro already)to a total of 20 for Disney parks. With 7 new Megos it seems a no brainer for an X-men set but looking at the Marvel toys on Disney store site ,they only seem to include Wolverine ,and Deadpool
in other toy lines . X-men 97 might be the ticket but you would need a 5 pack on originalsComment

Why not a second Avengers set and then an X-Men/Spidey II/dark Marvel set?

I am more to think that X-Men would be skipped over to finish off one more set of 4, Falcon, Black Panther, Submariner and either Dr. Strange or Dr. Doom. They could always do a two pack of Wolverine and Deadpool.Comment

Falcon is the missing original and Dr. Doom is the Big Villan so those are most likely. The sets are sold at parks and Disney stores and need to be
Marvel heroes that these people would recognize in order to purchase these at the collector price. Not everyone is into to retro figures at that price
when in Disneyland. Avengers Doomsday includes Avengers , FF , X-men, Spiderman etc. X-men 97 animation is also something people might likeComment

Falcon would have to be included for the originals or Mego would have a rebellion. They might include a new head and costume like the Diamond sets. The rest would have to be Avengers to tie to the movie. I heard a while ago that there would be a fifth set. That could be all villains with Doom. Possibly Loki, Thanos and Ultron. X-Men would have to be a double secret surprise sixth giftset. Just one man's take.Comment
