Are we ever going to get a new Mego Toy again?

I feel like as small and tight knit of a community as we are, it would be nice if Mego would give us periodic updates. I’m not saying they owe it to us or anything like that, but I don’t think radio silence is necessarily the best policy either.

I find this to be a reasonable request. Doesn’t need to be full of specifics. I’m not going to sue Mego if my dolls aren’t released on the date Mego hoped for. A little info, perhaps 30 minutes of questions on occasion would be cool. No reason this can’t be enjoyable for all parties.

Seems like Deja Vu when the Mattel/EMCE DC figures were released. We got some, then we waited, then they were gone. I know we just got the F4 Disney figures, but there have been a lot of announcements for the DC characters, and I believe they announced 20 Marvel characters for last year and we got 8. I know, they are just toys, but it would be nice to actually see some progress.

The Atlas comics stuff is on Ebay at $20.00 each and last year Walmart cancelled my $ 40.00 Phoenix pre order. ZLC has had no new Megos in 2 years
and has cleared out most old stock.In 2024 we were supposed to get a wave of DC Martian,Spectre, Hawkman etc.What is up ?

Mattel has Toy rights for DC comics as of 2026 and has taken the collector figures back from Mcfarlane Toys (TOYFAIR 2-26). Mego has not put out any DC since 2024 and I really only wanted the DC females and Spectre , Martian manhunter, and Hawkman. Neca is now doing cloth retro Movie Batman
and Mego was not at Toyfair. I hope we get Marvel Disney stuff but its been crickets here since the FF movie flop

Neca has a really cool cloth retro 8" Keaton Batman ,Catwoman and Penguin from the movie where is Mego's Keaton Batman shown in 2024 with Hawman in box ?

It's funny how all the rumors are that Mego is done making figures, and that you're sculpting heads from your bed. I can't wait to see what you've done since summer. Hopefully some are new, never before made Marvel characters!
