    2nd Issue Spidey Set Dilemna

    So I ordered two sets and they came in today. One set is okay but some creasing on the back of the outside package. The second set has the bubble with the coin nearly torn off and the outer sleeve pretty messed up. Do I just say ok I was probably going to open one anyway and love with it? Do I complain and ask for a replacement? Do I ask for money back? Any thoughts??

    Ask for your money back and maybe they’ll let you keep the figures too.

      I would be ****ed...

      I had the same happen when I bought a set from Ebay. Ebay approved a full refund if returned.

      I would contact Disney for a full exchange.

        I mostly agree. If they want the dolls back send me a shipping label and I drop it off. But these are collector items and priced as such.

          They will probably want you to send a picture of the damaged box, but I would do it for a full refund and yes, make them send you a return shipping label, don’t let them talk you into shipping it back and discounting your next order, what makes them think you’ll be placing another order?

            They emailed a shipping label so I get to print it out and box up the damaged one and mail it to them and then they mail me a replacement. Not thrilled but it’s something. I may call back Monday and see about reorganizing the deal. Idk

              Glad they agreed to replace it! While it is a bit of an inconvenience to send it back, that seems a reasonable resolution to me.

                Yes, but when did I claim to be reasonable???

                Truthfully I was hoping for the $20 partial refund.
                Keep them and just have paid a discount for an open box.
