Yup, its the only way the people in the warehouse seem to "get it". Like reading is hard, but pictograms is how they figure "Oh, you wanted THAT!"

I wish someone would just buy them out, move the warehouse out for Florida, and go through and re-inventory EVERYTHING, getting rid of broken unsaleable product so that
it would cut down 7 out of the 10 problems they have! the remaining could be solved by hiring shipping / fulfillment people who actually care.

I have no problem with NuMego.

The other thing? Well, let's just say...I wish they weren't making money off this endeavor.
