12" figures with 8" sculpts are a bit disappointing. Mego has so many nice sculpts that FTC could exploit.

Maybe do a Captain Action style kitbash of the suits on better bodies and heads...but nope I'll pass on outright initial release.
And I won't be surprised when MSRP on these are $70.00 ( in line with the Kiss Destroyer 12" inch figures)...

I am in for these if they are $60-$70 like 13" DC Direct were at 1st. Better than $250 like Sideshow 12" DC now.

Did SS quit 12" DC figures in favor of Premium Format statues? Is that one reason FTC is able to make these?

I'm sure FTC can include 12" Super Friends in this line but what about 66 TV Batman?

Aw man. Very disappointed these are just the 8" figures upscaled. I'm glad some of you are happy with this, but I wanted something closer to what the 12" line really was from Mego.

No matter what path they chose, they were going to equally delight/upset people.

While I'm not delighted, I think they chose the more popular path. I'll make lemonade with the outfits and such.

I would for sure buy 12” 1966 Batman figures, anyone know if these are planned? As for Mego redo 12”, the kid in me wants at least the 8” ones I had as a child in 12” form, but I’m only gonna buy them on certain conditions, such as are these 12” bodies good or do they suck like the 8” ones? Robin looks good, but Batman’s suit appears to be baggy? If Batgirl is given short little yellow boots like the 8” figure they did instead of the long sexy yellow ones Mego used I would pass on her, and that would be a kill for the entire line for me as Batgirl was my favorite Mego of all time. Where is Catwoman? I will wait to see finished products before I bite on this line. If sloppy I won’t buy, if done right I probably will.
