Is the Emerald City Comics Wonder Girl the same as the one that comes with the Teen Titans Beach Cruiser Van? I picked that up recently and am trying to decide if I need to get the EC one as well. If it is the same or really similar I may skip it because of the price.Leave a comment:

It's the price that got me on Wonder Girl too. At the discounted price, it would cost $53.74 shipped. For another $53.24, I can get the TT Van from FTC, which does not even include free shipping either (EC $13.75 Vs. FTC $6.99). I know it's an extra $50 I would have to drop, but it's hard for me to come to grips with, especially when I could care less about the card and clamshell.

But on the other hand, that's $50+ plus saved on a TT Van that I don't really need or have the space for either. If I get a Batmobile or Batcycle, it still comes out to about the same as buying the TT Van :-)Leave a comment:

I ended up ordering the WG figure. Clenched up a little with the price after all the shipping and handling but I'm glad I got her. Just wish they'd fix the horrible knee joints on those bodies.Leave a comment:

-A variety of new Stooges variants based on specific episodes

The Wonder Girl almost had me except for the price and the sandals.

Funko makes me mad with all of their convention exclusives.
They really killed my enthusiasm for just about anything they put out.
That's my main reason for skipping these Batman figures.
But at the risk of sounding like a miser, I also have a hard time paying $10-20 for a 3.75 inch action figure, or whatever they cost these days.
It's insane what toys cost these days.Leave a comment:

They wan tot,but doesn't mean they will...though I would love it if they didFunko wants to do EVERYBODY! (to quote Gary Oldman in the Professional.) That means all 3 Freeze's, all 3 Catwomen, both Riddlers, etc. They have said they are trying to get Green Hornet and Kato because they did appear in the show. They are also looking at the Batgirl cycle and a Batcave playset.

 CCC.

They let me down with not making the Orca boat for the Jaws line,so I am not getting my hopes up for the Batcave.Leave a comment:

Are we talking about Funko's newer 3" figures from the Batman 66 line? If so, I just bought the Catwoman and Batgirl figures and they are really well done. The articulation in the elbows and knees is a nice step up!Funko wants to do EVERYBODY! (to quote Gary Oldman in the Professional.) You might be right, this could be he last wave of the series, if so.. then hats off to them for creating this great collection, (or at least most) but if this is it? then why two Alfred's in the last set released? no need for a cousin Egbert, that's just plain laziness when one more arch criminal would have been fine enough or even Aunt Harriett.

I heard talk of Henchmen being done, which would be sweet, but will see.Last edited by TrekStar; Jul 22, '17, 5:12 PM.Leave a comment:

even if new villains became available, I get the impression that FTC is losing interest or the sales are not there to continue the line much further.Leave a comment:

^The licensing is confusing. I'm not sure FTC has the same license as Funko now does, and it may be that some rights are newly-available.

The earlier '66 comics skirted Freeze variants, as well as other characters like Olga/Zelda, Marsha, Siren, Ffogg.

But then in "Batman'66 meets Steed and Peel" the likenesses of Sanders' Freeze and FFogg are spot-on. I'm not sure about Sander's estate, he didn't have children.Leave a comment:
