Yep. Both are full length, but with MY Batman I ended up cutting some at the bottom because the cloth interfered with the connection inside the boots.

Sleeves are full length and seamed/hemmed. Leggins are full length but un-seamed/un-hemmed. I had a picture to share but apparently the site still has problems with images loading that I couldn't upload it.

I just Picked up Batman and Robin and am impressed.
They do look like they jumped out of the old 14 inch color
we had 40 years ago
