Regarding our eBay listings for the same figures: first, we made a mistake when pricing some of the listings, which we have since fixed (we realized that through one of the posts here on the forum, so thank you for that!). The new Batman, for example, was supposed to be $37 instead of $47 (our Robin is $10 more, and we forgot to adjust down for this one). We charge more for the figures on eBay to account for the seller’s fees we lose from eBay and PayPal. We would rather not sell these figures on eBay, but we include them there for those who don’t know about our online shop or only have a PayPal account. We get a slight discount on shipping through eBay, so we are able to lower the shipping cost to $13. On our one eBay listing for the Riddler and Robin, we do offer free shipping as a little incentive to get them both (but that still makes them just about the same price as purchasing them directly from our online shop).

Thanks Chad for correcting these issues and confirming why these prices made for some bad optics to some of us. I appreciate you taking the time to address these and most importantly owning it where there was a true discrepancy. For my part, I wanted to add (as I did in my previous post) I realize some prices will fluctuate for sound business reasons because of auction fees and other elevated costs that we all have to deal with. That's very much in the conversation since many of us play seller within our capacity as collectors in this hobby. But thanks for coming out here and clearing this up in a direct and forthright manner. That means allot to those of us who look for a positive and consistent experience from those we do business with in a hobby such as this where allot of money can exchange hands.

Regardless of your explanation, 45 bucks total is still too much for me. I live two counties over from you, so Priority shipping does me no good.

Thanks Chad. I completely understood about the price rise on eBay prices due to covering fee costs. As an international customer I'm always prepared for the extra shipping costs (no problem), but those damn greedy customs charges (which I know are out of your hands) are just a pain in the butt. Add those together with the shipping costs and it totals up to more than the value of the figure. There is (ahem) a way around that one though... Just saying.

I got both side of the story as a customizer many times I pay more for shipping just to get it to the person who buys the customs I make - sometime I lose 10.00 or so on the deal especially in international and ebay and paypal fees are ridiculous but I also know there they are not a non profit org(s) appreciate your response Chad that speaks volumes to me and MIB41 I seem to agree with your take on things hahaha - anyway these look cool - just cant even as a kid get over those oven mit gloves...
